Review on Ice/Water Tycoon

After looking at this games screenshot I thought it looked boring, but when I entered it it was amazing, that's right Ice/water tycoon is a new tycoon which was top Multiplayer game on 11/19/09, it's creator Soulrunner must of put a lot of work into it, because from the amount tycoon items to choose to buy and the amazement of the Tycoon.
I rate this game a 9.3 which is a great game
